Academic Advising & Career Counseling

Our on-campus Career/Guidance Counsellor helps students with a wide range of support, including:

• Educational and personal guidance.
• Information on funding eligibility for Post-Secondary, UCEPP, and Adult Education programs.
• Sponsorship recommendations.
• Referrals for in-depth counseling needs.
• Career resource information.

The Counsellor collaborates closely with the Registrar, Dean, instructors, and the Mental Health team to ensure students receive comprehensive support. They also help organize cultural and career workshops.

Additionally, the Counsellor acts as a key link between students and various post-secondary institutions, organizations, and committees, advocating for student needs.
