Jacki Kirk (B.Ed)
 

With 28 years of teaching experience (18 with Calgary Board of Education, and 10 with Natosapi/Old Sun), Jacki is now semi-retired. She is a graduate of the University of Calgary and has taken some graduate classes in library science at the University of Alberta. During her teaching career, she taught secondary school English and Social Studies, served as a teacher/librarian, and co-taught college level English and Academic Writing. Currently she is providing tutoring to Natosapi/Old Sun post secondary students on an “as needed” basis. Jacki moved to Gleichen in 1985 where she raised her family and continues to reside.

What: 

Academic support (tutoring) for writing, research/note-taking, and APA-style formatting and citation.

When: 

Weekends, evenings, and weekdays by appointment.
