How to Apply

  • Visit OSCC’s official website or Facebook page for current job postings and application deadlines. Each listing will detail qualifications, duties, and closing dates.
  1. Prepare & Submit Your Application:
  • Send your application to the HR Administrator, typically via email to rhonda.healy@oldsuncollege.ca.
  • Include: A resume/CV, cover letter, criminal record check, and any other certificates or references requested in the job posting.
  • Ensure you apply before the deadline.
  1. Screening & Hiring Process:
  • The HR Administrator and an interview panel will review applications to find suitable candidates.
  • Qualified applicants will be invited for interviews.
  • Successful candidates receive a job offer, confirm salary, and sign contracts. HR then helps new staff settle in (onboarding).

Ongoing Support: HR continues to support employees with performance reviews, professional development, policy guidance, and benefits/leave questions.
